With a background of more than 15 years of rich experience including with the Australian public sector such as roles at Australia Post and Services Australia, I bring a deep understanding of operational integrity, policy compliance, and service excellence. In leadership positions such as Acting Team Leader, I was responsible for conducting internal interviews and collaborating with talent acquisition teams to ensure strategic, policy-aligned staffing outcomes.
These experiences have shaped my professional approach — one that values accuracy, compliance, and responsiveness at every stage.
As a qualified Commerce graduate, I bring more than just process expertise. As a migrant myself, I have firsthand insight into Australia’s immigration system and the real-world challenges faced by both applicants and advisors. I’ve spent countless hours studying migration policy frameworks and legislation, which allows me to anticipate compliance requirements and deliver informed, detail-driven support.
